Meng Long shifted uncomfortably as he was pressed further into the corner on this crowded bus. He hated the daily commute, but knew he had to forgo buying a car for the time being and save his money to buy a house. His parents were right; if he didn’t have a house, they wouldn’t be able to find him a good wife.
